I have been a cook and baker for many many years, but can never ever remember owning an apron. I've always wanted one and thought that some were much more adorable than others. When I came across the fabric, Baking Up Joy, and saw that it had a panel with an apron and placemats I knew I had to buy it. The fabric is from Wilmington Prints and there is additional fabric options in this line besides the panels I purchased.
I love the way the set turned out and will enjoy it each holiday season. When making the apron I used a solid color on the back side so I could turn it around and use it year round.
I love the way the pockets were designed to go right over the body part of the apron and the words and design would line up accordingly.
