There is one cookie that I will bake over and over as I never get enough. What cookie is that? Chocolate chip of course! This is a recipe I altered that I found on the back of a bag of chocolate chips.  I swapped the butter for butter flavored Crisco.  It makes the cookies softer and more delicious.  

I’m learning to bake cookies in the convection oven and surprisingly they turned out just as good, if not better than baking in a regular oven.
