This recipe has been altered from the original that I found in “Pecan Lovers Cookbook” as I prefer to use a pre-made pie crust and not as many pecans. Other than that this is a great recipe and a great tasting cheesecake.

I have two favorite cookies, chocolate chip and snickerdoodle. Currently I am living in an RV so I have to cook in smaller quantities, but I can still bake just as good as in a regular oven. Below is my Snickerdoodle recipe.
