I have been working on the Riley Blake 2025 BOM Challenge quilt since January. It was a 16 week process where a different designer created 17 blocks. The 17th one was supposed to be put in the middle of the quilt. I chose to do the Riley Blake bird, pattern provided on their website. Patterns for all the blocks provided each week are also on their website.
I chose to use the fabric line, Piece and Plenty, by Lori Holt instead of the solids and batiks the pattern suggested. I also changed the border from 3 inches to 6 inches, so my quilt finished at 72 1/2 inches x 72 1/2 inches. I still have to quilt on Miss Moxie, but the quilt top is completed and I could not be happier.
Time to complete another one!
