In August I completed several cross stitch projects and was able to get them made into pillows to add to my dough bowl. 

The first completion was The Honey Bee Quilt from Primrose Cottage. I love the colors in this one. I didn’t put a border on this one as it is already pretty good size.

Another completion for the dough bowl was I Would rather Bee Stitching and on most days I definitely would rather be stitching than anything else. It is definitely my saving grace sometimes to just get deep into a stitching project and forget the rest of the world around me. I used Lori Holt fabrics to complete the project. 

I decided this finish didn’t match the stuff in my dough bowl, so it was added to my display tray that is decorated with a sunflower theme. This is the September Nine Patch pattern that was also completed as a pillow. Finishing fabrics are from one of Lori Holt’s collections.
