It’s Week 8 of the RBD Block Challenge and not only does this week mark the easiest block to date, but it also means I have made it halfway. This week’s block is called the Butterfly Block. It was provided by Elea Lutz. Just as the name states, the block looks like a butterfly and many people give it a body and antennas to make it look even more authentic. I chose to make mine exactly as the pattern shows.
Elea used fabric from her Bluebirds and Roses collection where as I used the Confetti Cotton fabrics Curry, Pebble and Le Creme. You can follow the designer on Instagram @elealutz.
